![]() If I have to do so, I will NEVER do any business with AT&T again. I've had so many issues with AT&T email since they forced me onto Yahoo that I may have no choice but to find another provider. Change the Time of Your Device to Future. This will erase all the local temporary data Telegram has stored on your device. Open it and tap on clear data at the bottom and then select Clear cache. I had to let Thunderbird try and fail to connect to my account using the old password a couple of times before it finally brought up a new Yahoo login window and allowed me to enter the new password. Go to your phone Settings > App Settings and then find the Telegram app in the list. I couldn't find a way to simply enter a new password. Thunderbird on my desktop PC was an adventure as well. That was the only way I could again access my email on my Android phone. Then, I had no choice but to delete my email account from Gmail and set it up again choosing Yahoo as my provider. But, it took 3 tries to get the reset to take. I finally ended up resetting my password which I should not have had to do. At first, someone with AT&T contacted me behind the scenes of this thread and offered to help but in the end all they were able to do was to refer me to a toll free number that I could never get through on. I finally resolved this without any help from them. ![]()
